Our camps are held 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year! That means access to 260 workouts per year, 104 extra workouts compared to all of the other 3 day per week camps
Instructed by a nationally recognized Personal Trainer, meaning you'll receive the best workouts of your life, not some boring cookie cutter pushup, jumping jack, and running workout.
Monday - Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm
